Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Photo Uploads & AI-Generated Facial Harmony Reports
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of FaceAge AI (how old do I look AI scanner and AI Facial Harmony Report). To protect user safety, biometric privacy, and payment compliance, we enforce strict boundaries on both what photos may be uploaded and what AI report content may be generated or shared. By uploading a photo or purchasing a report, you agree to comply with every rule below.
We strictly prohibit uploading any sexual, nude, semi-nude, pornographic, intimate, or sexually explicit photos (NSFW), and we strictly prohibit generating any sexually explicit, erotic, or suggestive AI report content. Our service only accepts standard, fully clothed, head-and-shoulders frontal portraits of consenting adults (18+). Any upload containing nudity or sexually explicit imagery is automatically blocked and purged by our AI safety filter before analysis can occur.
1. Permitted Use (Clothed Frontal Portraits Only)
FaceAge AI is an informational, non-medical cosmetic styling and facial proportion analysis utility. You may only upload a photo if all of the following conditions are met:
- The photo is a fully clothed, head-and-shoulders frontal portrait taken in normal everyday lighting (similar to a passport or professional headshot).
- The subject in the photo is an adult aged 18 or older.
- The photo is of yourself, or you have explicit, verifiable consent from the adult depicted in the portrait to run a private proportion check.
2. Strictly Prohibited Photo Uploads
You must never upload, drag-and-drop, paste, or submit URLs to any photo that falls into the following prohibited categories:
2.1 Sexual, Nude, or Explicit Photos (NSFW)
Uploading nudity, partial nudity, sexually explicit imagery, pornography, intimate/boudoir photos, fetish content, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is strictly forbidden.
2.2 Photos of Minors (Under 18) & CSAM
Do not upload photos of children or minors under 18 years of age. Any suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or child exploitation imagery results in immediate block and mandatory reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC.
2.3 Non-Consensual Uploads, Harassment & Doxxing
Uploading photos of classmates, coworkers, partners, or third parties without their permission to mock, rank, bully, stalk, shame, or harass them is a direct violation of this AUP.
2.4 Violence, Self-Harm, Hate, or Illegal Surveillance
Uploading graphic violence, gore, self-harm imagery, hate symbols, or using the tool for biometric identity tracking, employment screening, or unlawful surveillance is prohibited.
3. Prohibited AI-Generated Report Content & Misuse
Our AI Facial Harmony Report generates structured geometric ratio readouts and low-risk styling guidance (haircuts, eyewear frames, collar necklines, and basic skincare). The following report uses and outputs are strictly prohibited:
- No Sexual or Explicit Report Content: Users may not attempt to prompt, manipulate, or modify the service to generate sexually explicit, adult, erotic, or suggestive descriptions or imagery.
- No Medical, Surgical, or Clinical Misuse: AI-generated reports are non-medical 2D soft-tissue styling references. You may not use or present a report as a medical diagnosis, plastic surgery prescription, orthodontic treatment plan, or psychological evaluation.
- No Harassment, Defamation, or Public Shaming: You may not publish or weaponize AI-generated reports to demean, humiliate, or harass another person on social media, forums, or public rating boards.
- No Automated Scraping or Model Extraction: You may not use bots, automated scripts, or reverse-engineering methods to bulk-generate reports or scrape our proprietary anthropometric scoring algorithms.
4. How We Enforce This Policy (4-Layer Technical & Operational Safeguards)
We do not rely on passive rules alone. FaceAge AI enforces this Acceptable Use Policy—specifically the prohibition on sexual or explicit photos and sensitive report content—through four active technical and operational layers:
Every photo upload dropzone on our homepage (/) and report page (/report) displays an explicit pre-upload compliance notice confirming that only clothed adult (18+) frontal face portraits are permitted and that sexual/explicit uploads are automatically rejected.
Before any facial harmony report is generated, our backend API endpoint (/api/analyze) screens the submitted image through automated multimodal safety moderation (OpenAI omni-moderation-latest and strict vision safety classification flags for sexual, sexual/minors, nudity, violence, and self-harm). If an uploaded photo contains nudity, sexual or explicit content, or lacks a valid clothed frontal face, the API immediately halts processing, purges the image from transient memory, returns an HTTP 422 (AUP_VIOLATION_UNSAFE_IMAGE) rejection, and refuses to generate a report.
Users cannot enter custom text prompts or ask the AI to generate open-ended stories or images. Our analysis engine is locked to a strict, deterministic JSON schema (strict: true) that only outputs numerical facial landmark ratios (such as Canthal Tilt degrees, Facial Thirds percentages, and Symmetry scores) alongside pre-audited haircut, eyewear, collar, and skincare styling tips. Because the output schema is strictly typed and non-generative for imagery, the system is technically incapable of generating sexually explicit, pornographic, or harmful report content.
Repeated attempts to upload prohibited or explicit images trigger rate-limiting and permanent session/IP blocking. We reserve the right to immediately revoke access to any report or terminate service without refund if a user violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
